I'm a freelance food and travel writer, specializing in discovering great experiences and finding unique ways to bring them to life.

I believe that the best way to experience a culture is by it's food, so I search out the extra-ordinary and unexpected about the foods, people, and places I write about.

As an active member of Slow Food, I have a particular interest in artisanal foods and the producers who are keeping these authentic traditions alive.
